  My today's discussion is about an Indian Gooseberry fruit, a rare and very friendly fruit of winter time. 

  This Gooseberry can be used in different ways , right from eat it in raw form , to make it in pickle form and make it in sauce form .

    It's very popular in South Asia countries.  There are several benefits of using Gooseberry,  as it's antioxidants, a good property of Vitamin C , that helps us from cold and cough , by consum

 Its plantation is very easy. Just buy small plants 🪴 of Gooseberry from the nursery and plant these plants at choice place . After 3 years,  it starts giving its fruits.

Indian Gooseberry are super-Nutrional.

It is said that when the Pandavas were going through 14-year Vanavas, they survived on just the Indian Gooseberry for months together.
