Sorgum garlic paratha [dhirde]

 sorgum means jawar which is gluten free and healthiest option to our body so day to day life we are using in our daily diet. Very easy recipe for beginners . As well as if we are in Hurry and we want to eat healthy option then go for it.

Ingredients= for 3-4 paratha 

1.One  and half bowl -Sorgum flour.

2.Two tablespoon -gram flour or suji

3.1 tablespoon -red chili powder or green chilli thecha

4. 4-5 crushed garlic cloves

5. Salt as per taste

6.1 tablespoon garam masala

7.Two tablespoon -chopped coriander

8. 1 grated carrot if available

9. 1 tablespoon ajwain

Oil

A.First of all all ingredients take in one bowl.

B.Then mix it dry first and then add water as we get idli batter consistency.

C. Then give rest for 5 to 10 minutes

D. Keep PAN on medium flame and spread our better in medium shape so that we easily flip it.

E. When upper layer become dry then flip  it.

F. Roasted from both sides.

And serve it with curd or tomato chutney
