I have 118 google reviews under my account, and for some reason they are NOT SHOWING UP ON THE BUSINESSES GOOGLE PAGES THAT I REVIEWED. I also have 21 pictures Iāve posted, and now only 5 of them are showing up. This issue need to be fixed asap, because all of my reviews have disappeared off all of the businesses on google.com! When I copy and paste my google review link in another browser it is only showing (1) review so where are the other 117 reviews? I even went to a lot of the businesses I reviewed, and my review is no longer on their page. The one who can fix the problems is yourself.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

ok. thank you. My reviews havenāt violated any policies, and for all 117 of my reviews to be private means there is something else wrong. I donāt know if my account has been suspended or what. Iāll fill out the form, and file a appeal for my account. You have very informative informative on your forum as well, and I appreciate it.

I appreciate you looking at them for me, and I did feel out the form as well. Does google have a direct email address for me to contact them for issues like this? I donāt know if my account is suspended or blocked. This have never happened to me before.

Hello. I wrote this review and when I look for it (public not logged into my account), it does not appear. My photos appear but not the review I wrote. I checked my count against reviews and the count looks the same (none missing). I am not sure what is going on or how to fix it. I appreciate any direction or help.

No, Google Maps does not offer email support on such issues.
Your account is not suspended as long as you are able to post here on Connect.

Youāve also noticed that the numbers in Googleās stats are messy.
They send me some very funny stats. And they never even specify the period of time covered in their aggregation. Clearly, such statistics are unreliable.

So I still donāt trust the numbers they tallied up.
But if you look at the same statistics month after month, youāll notice moments when Googleās internal processes suddenly change dramatically.
Only in that sense can Googleās statistics be useful.

yes, statistics that can change or not work at all is a feature of google maps. I would recommend that they thoroughly test before sending them to use.

@MortenCopenhagen Thanks to the Health Check in the @AdamGT VIP Lounge, I already know how many of my photos and reviews are suddenly hidden. What Iām actually trying to find is a way to identify which ones.

@MortenCopenhagen : I find it a pitty that Google is using colors for indicating such issues. I know you canāt solve this, but from accessibility viewpoint this is a problem: a braille display doesnāt indicate color differences and my screenreader =nvda (cfr. www.nvaccess.org canāt indicate them neither. Perhaps I must tag @InaS hoping that She can alert Google concerning this.
I published one picture, itās possible itās private. I donāt know which reviews are problematic. But as I canāt see which reviews are private or public, ā¦ I canāt solve the issues. Thanks in advance.

I believe Iām the one using colored text and not Google.
If you use the leaderboards @AdamGT 's system can do these calculations for you.

@@Mortencopenhaegen: Thanks for this info, and how can I find out which reviews are hidden and why, and as I canāt see the picture, I canāt know in which way I violated Googleās rules
@InaS : When I tried to get a description of that picture via https://bard.google.com by uploading it to this webste, I got the notification that there are people visible on this picture. I would like to upload the picture to ābe my eyesā (especially the ābe my aiā section of this app), but by using android I canāt find how to upload a picture, I only can take a photo.

Hi there, my individual photos have not been showing any views for about a week, and my graph that shows increase in views has disappeared entirely. do you know if there is anything I can do to fix this?

Hi @RobertChomicz Unfortunately all guides are suffering with this right now. Google Maps are aware of it and are taking steps to correct it. Patience is needed, it will Be fixed.
