drive.
This practice is quite common in urban areas and specially in the colonies and in the gated societies. This is another form of Small Business run by Kabadiwalas. By running their businesses, they are contributing towards sustainability in a big way.
I have seen them coming up with some thoughtful gifts as well for the contributors instaed of giving money like in my society they have established the Chairs in the park made of reusable components. Sometimes, they come up with Pencils made of reusable materials.
