It’s a veggie pizza with onion & capsicum topping and yes with a lot cheese. 
That’s true, the dough is the hardest to make… After a lot attempts it turned out just as I wished it to be. Do try it sometime, I’m sure you’ll love it.

@DanniS thank you! I wish I had created it myself haha but from the company’s website, it has: Butter sauce, chicken, diced tomatoes, diced bell peppers and fresh cilantro. So technically, it is simple enough that any one of us could maybe create it!
