My name is Ankit Srivastava, and I’m from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
As a Local Guide, I love helping people discover new places by providing accurate information about opening hours, prices, reviews, and more. I’ve often found myself at closed or incorrectly mapped locations, so I make it a point to share reliable details with the community.
My favorite things to explore are specialty restaurants, bars, coffee shops, malls, and showrooms. I enjoy uploading photos and reviews of these places, including menus, prices, and amenities like parking and wheelchair accessibility.
A fun fact about me is that I’m passionate about keeping Google Maps up-to-date. I regularly correct inaccuracies and update information about places I’ve visited. I have more than 20 million views
What I Love About Being a Local Guide :
I find immense joy in helping others discover the hidden gems of Bhubaneswar. As a Local Guide, I focus on sharing valuable information about the city’s ancient temples and other key tourist destinations, helping travelers connect with the rich cultural heritage that often goes unnoticed.
My Favorite Thing to Explore :
I am deeply fascinated by India’s ancient temples, many of which are not yet listed on Google Maps.
Over the years, I’ve contributed extensive edits and updates about the temples of Odisha to ensure that others can experience the essence of these awe-inspiring landmarks.
Fun Fact About Me :
I’m a Two-Time Cancer Survivor, and my life has taught me to embrace every moment.
When I’m not exploring or contributing to Google Maps, I love riding my bike and spending time with the street dogs I adore.
I currently have 5 adult Street dogs and 5 newborn puppies, all of whom bring boundless joy into my life. Playing with them is my happy escape!
