I am Md Ahsan Uddin, a proud member of the Google Local Guides Bangladesh community, currently at Level 5. Being a part of this platform has been an incredible journey for me.
Contributing to Google Maps by writing reviews and sharing insights is something I truly enjoy. It feels amazing to know that my contributions help people make informed decisions.
Here are some of the ways I contribute:
Writing detailed reviews about places
Uploading photos to showcase locations
Updating information to ensure accuracy
Adding new places to the map
One of the most rewarding aspects of being a Local Guide is seeing my reviews and photos reach thousands of people and make a difference in their lives. It motivates me to contribute even more.

I’m Fahim, a proud Local Guide from Dhaka, and I’m excited to share my journey with you. Being a part of this amazing community has given me the opportunity to explore my city in ways I never imagined. From hidden gems tucked away in Dhaka’s bustling streets to iconic landmarks that tell stories of our culture, every place I visit feels like a new adventure.
My goal as a Local Guide is simple: to help people. Whether it’s a traveler looking for the best street food, a local searching for a cozy café, or someone needing accessibility-friendly places, I want my contributions to make their journey easier and more enjoyable. I believe that by sharing honest reviews, vibrant photos, and accurate information, I can create a positive impact in our community.

So I’m tagged as Madcaravanner - my name is Gray Wilson
I live in England but can also be found in France or Spain regularly (well as much as Schengen will let me)
I love being able to speak as I find and not have to edit a review to please a faceless person
Favourite thing to explore it asks this changes as my physical ability does 10 years ago I was in a wheelchair so I was exploring places I could access whilst that still is important I love nature and water and transport but also food
the name Madcaravanner comes from the 1990’s when we first got a caravan when I was told I must be mad caravanning - with my bad back
I had broken my spine in the 1980’s and had it repaired but it still was and is a problem
