Thank you for your withstanding and for your reading of my post.
Do you think that the Romanian recipe of cucumbers differ much from Belarussian? You should take small cucumbers and many horseradish leaves. But I can’t say something about the market’s recipes, I think they are no less secret than @user_not_found 's compote.
As for me I haven’t tried the coffee from the sand, I made my photos from the different side and didn’t see this man.
@Austinelewex You can look at the left bottom corner of the title photo and the video by the link at the end of the post, and you’ll see the coffee from the sand.

thank you very much for the magnificent and detailed story about the Komarovsky Market. 
I didn’t know that it is so old. After all, it is almost 90 years old. And also thanks for clarifying the origin of the name. The products on the Komarovsky Market are really natural and very tasty: cheeses, meat, lard, pastries, vegetables. And I was especially impressed by the photos of the Komarovsky Market the next day. This blue sky, lights, decorations, snow ultimately create a unique Christmas atmosphere.

@To_paul What concerns the animal vactination, if you read my post carefully you know that there are sanitary service at the market, they surely control such things.
@Austinelewex should wait till Autumn, now I haven’t anough cucumbers for canning.
