Hi @tagliaficojuan , and sorry for being late on your reply.
It is not a good idea to write a post about two separate issues all together, because each one should be analyzed separately. In nay case, let see what we can do
Hidden reviews:
The help community would not help you in this, other than addressing you here in Connect.
Unfortunately I can’t access your profile, so I can’t see how many hidden reviews you has. In any case, let see what we can do. First of all, you should consider that reviews are checked for inappropriate contents. A review can be made private (hidden to the public views) because the content of the review is considered inappropriate by the filter, or simply because one of the attached media is considered inappropriate.
When this happens to my reviews, I normally proceed as follow:
- I remove the medias and I publish the review again. If the review is published, I attach the media one by one, to find the one that is triggering the filter.
- If after removing the medias the review isn’t published I check carefully to see if there are possible violations of the Maps user-generated content policy, I correct a bit my review and I post it again
- If after that the review is not published, I fill the appeal form for the team to check it. Normally after a couple of months the reviews are release, and made publicly visible again. For more details you can read An update on how we moderate Google Maps reviews
