Finally, here are the October Country leaderboards. There are some issues that once I catch up with myself I will attend to. As well as some formatting issues and a missing country allocation here and there, the obvious issue is the incorrect number of Local Guides shown as having joined in October.
Please check the details in the tables carefully.
ps: The small number of Local Guides listed on the Star 360s Views/Day by Country leaderboard, just goes to show that even though we have a small participation on the star 360 spheres board, a number are not updating their data
Hi Santosh. Yes I realized this at the time of posting and mentioned it in my opening comment but decided to post anyway and come back to it as soon as I can. Sorry for the inconvenience.
It’s actually not possible to do that at the time of registering for participation but sometime thereafter the country drops off. I haven’t yet discovered the sequence of events that cause this.

I don’t mind rankings, but some local guides are really funny to get to the top of the rankings.
I am looking at the profile of a person from my country who has 1,888,888 points.
This person added 383,981 photos, of which the photos from the last places differ only by a few steps forward/back when taking the same shot. Maybe for others it’s valuable content, for me it’s just spam.
For me, the added value of maps are unique photos, videos, places and roads that are not yet on the map.
I spent a few hours today cleaning up the 100% newbie issue and also some of the formatting in the first posted set of Country leaderboards. Sadly, the new Connect doesn’t handle some basic HTML commands and this created some issues. There’s still some tidying up I’d like to do but it’s now time to move onto the last set of Leaderboards, the Movers & Shakers. We’re almost there, thank you all for your patience and understanding.
Yes the newbie issue is gone now. Thanks @AdamGT for putting this humongous effort and your invaluale insights to our adorable and closed to heart Leaderboards.
I can understand the amount of pain you are taking due to the new changes. We can live with these issues and with time they all will be sorted out. We believe in you and the system.

Thanks for your message @iiBeMayaii, but I’m a bit confused. Are you the same as the person I originally addressed as @Maya2k10? I’ve seen you listed in the Country section of the Top100 Leaderboards a few times recently for your Average Views per Photo but I noticed nothing new was being added to your profile. I’m happy to finally be able to share the spotlight with another Local Guide from my country and I look forward to your new contributions in the future.
@AdamGT can you clarify what may have occurred here with the name issue?
