Hi Local Guides

I am very passionate to become as local guide for contribution of places of local areas

i am photographer and loves to visit the location in local and other cities and also a trusted photographer

My question is

1 i have my personal gmail account for llocal guides and linked to my social platform and i have another gmail account as street view trusted photographer and joined as local guide for street view publishing and earning through street view technology

2 i made my personal account for Google maps contribution and other account for street view and got trusted photographer

3 i can keep both the accounts because i have worked so hard for contributing on both the account

Hi @BalvinderSingh I don’t think that we are allowed to be have 2 accounts on Google at all, but lets see what officials reply.

@ErmesT this is something different, it’s related to an account for LG and one for SVT; at some time in the program we were asked to use a separate account.

@Safdarrai I have (and I’m not alone) more than 500 google accounts.

Hi Sir @LucioV it means I can also use two accounts when I got badge of Street view photographer.

I agree @LucioV , if the second account is used for business only.

I do not agree in advertising in Connect

i have joined the business account (other account as SV) in local guides because i can be updated for upcoming news and discussions related to street view and manage to help business owners for connecting to maps

I want to thank @LucioV for explaining about the SVTP account, but at this point my question is: what is the reason of this post? What are you trying to tell to the community?

The information that your post is giving is “hey, I have two LG account”. Is this the message that you want to give? I am really missing the purpose of your post. Can you explain it, please?

Hello @BalvinderSingh ,

Per our program rules,

  1. Use of Multiple Accounts: Local Guides may participate in the program with one account. Do not create or use multiple accounts to evade our policies or bypass blocks or otherwise subvert restrictions placed on your account. For example, if you’ve been suspended for abuse, don’t create a replacement account.

Also from our program rules, contributions to Google Maps must originate from a single Google account to count towards benefits and cannot be transferred between owned accounts. We would not be able to transfer the badge. My suggestion would be to please focus on the account (likely the one with the Street View badge) that you would like to increase your contributions on and only use that account when participating here on Connect. The other account should not otherwise be used to participate in the program.

i have deleted my other account from local guides connect and will be operating from this account for betterment of google maps and local guide communities
