I will introduce San Francisco Bay area Hiking Trails, through these series of posts. This is Ninth post of this series. In this post I will take you to Look Out Trail in Villa Montalvo, which is located in Saratoga, CA. Round trip of the trail is around 2 Miles long, however it is a steep hike to the look out point, where you can enjoy the view of South Bay. You will end up climbing around equivalent to 40 floors! Even though it is relatively short hike, but a great exercise!

Villa Montalvo is a Non Profit Organization dedicated to art. This location is really beautiful, great place for weddings as well. There is a Italian Garden and a Succulent garden in this location. There are several parking lots available in the center for hikers and nature lovers.
Here is the Trail head from the Parking lot 4. It is a steep climb to the Look Out point on this trail. Shot at the beginning of the trial After short hike from the trail head at Parking lot 4, you will reach Trail head near Parking lot 3. You can see this nice looking structure there.
As you further climb you will see these tall trees on either side of the trail.
You will see some of interesting quotes carved on the wooden board on the trail.
