Being a local guide is a really cool hobby

So what does this hobby means to me?

It means that I always try to drag my friends to new places, and preferably, to places that don’t have enough pictures, reviews or information in general.

My friends already know that when we go out there are couple of “ceremonies” ahead. After we’re seated, I’ll have to get up, wander around and look for special angles for the place. I’ll probably need to ask the waiters or host some questions to fill or correct this place’s information.

After we order, I have some extra time to spare so I might be going out of the place to work on near by places that are missing some details. Usually, this is when I contribute to smaller places - creating them, reporting they’re close and stuff.

When I come back and we get our dishes, we all know that no one takes a bite without taking a real quality image of the best dishes, in which I usually “produce” my friends to hold the silverware to make the perfect photo.

And finally, it’s really cool when people who don’t know me so well tell me “OMG, we saw so many photos and reviews you’ve uploaded on Google maps, what’s up with that?”

Yep.

Finally, attaching my most viewed photo from a trip I had with friends to Prague.

Tell me what you think!
