Benefits of litchi fruit

Litchi is a summer fruit. The temperature of this fruit is 2 degree Celsius, humidity 85-90%, storage period is 10 weeks. Litchi is a delicious fruit. This fruit is more or less dear to all of us. Litchi contains vitamins A and C. There are also various minerals. Such as: Manganese, Magnesium, Copper, Folate, Antioxidant, Potassium. Playing litchi keeps blood pressure under control. Having vitamin C increases our immunity. Litchi is rich in fiber and vitamin B complex. Playing litchi keeps the heart healthy. It is not right to eat too much litchi on an empty stomach as it increases the risk of death. Also do not eat fruit in the empty stomach.
