Sure, this place is the buddhist temple sit on the small mountain at Mukdahan province, Thailand. Temple name is Wat khao manorom. You can see Mekong and Loas from here it is very greate view and many people love to come to here. I went to Wat khao manorom about 8/2018 and this new year’s eve I will go again.
I would like to more recomment for other travellers but I can understand English a lttle bit. Thank a lot for your suggestions.
