My Saturday’s conversation with inalienable friends would never go in vain.
Today’s my conversation topic is Chaat Mashala ,a very tasty recipe of Indian subcontinent. The Western local guides may not be familiar with this food.
Its taste is somewhat spicy. It’s blendof many species, such as salt, black salt, dry mango ,cumin ,black paper ,pomegranate seeds, nint ,ginger, etc .
Chaat Mashala is used to enhance the taste of snacks.
