Hola buenas días, me podrían indicar cómo puedo contestar a una persona, no sé cómo se hace creo que lo estoy haciendo mal , porque no veo una opción de respuesta a un comentario en concreto solo sale un corazón y los tres puntos y no veo ningún sitio la opción de responder a ese comentario en concreto.

As mentioned by @Annaelisa , the best way to let someone knows that you are responding to that person is to use the tag, because the tag generate a notification like the one that you are receiving now from this reply.
