@helga19 , Hawaii is made up a chain of Islands. Of the 6 inhabited islands, Kauai is the oldest, most northern island of the Hawaiian island chain. The island you are thinking about with the active, erupting volcano is called Hawaii or the Big Island, which is the youngest (Kilauea Volcano has been continually erupting for the past few decades), most southern Hawaii island and is literally growing in size because the active lava flow is flowing out to the Pacific Ocean.
The locals who live on the Big Island have learned to live with an active, erupting volcano.

@IshantHP_ig , you’re welcome. Thanks for sharing your flower photos from your country. Did you take these photos with your phone or a DSLR? I see bougainvillea grows well in India.
Here in California, bougainvillea can grow in areas that are not susceptible to frost. Southern Calfornia and along the coast, bougainvillea grows well.

I have seen three different colours Hibiscus flowers like: Red, White, Purple in Bangladesh.

I am a gardener by hobby. I enjoy learning about plants and notice interesting or different flora when I travel.
I have been taking pictures since owning an iPhone 4 (2011) to now with an iPhone 8 Plus. I don’t own a DSLR. I stopped using a pocket Canon snap and shot digital camera once I had the iPhone 4. I like phone photography because it is easy and always readily available.

"Hawaii is a nonstop flight from SFO. It is easy to get around as a solo travel*. Fly out early in the morning. You could easily be eating lunch on the beach before noon."*

Oh what a soothing hobby you have… it is my hobby too but only in my dreams 
I live in an apartment… I don’t have have piece of soil to grow something from… a few times I tried doing it in pots but I couldn’t manage it the way I love to… So I just keep soothing myself by looking at greenery outside my home and…lol in pictures
