Google Reviews Not being Published

A couple of my google reviews are missing. I can see my google reviews when I search for the merchants’ name (when I am logged in my account), but when I use incognito mode to view, I don’t see my reviews. Anyone found a solution?

I checked with Google Maps Community and they mentioned that by looking at my Google Maps that I have posted 17 reviews and 1 photo but none of them are published publicly.

What should I do.

Hello friend, @shengs , Sorry about your situation. All our reviews undergo verification process before posting public. This process will take some time. Please ensure you have not violated any guidelines. I would like to share a helpful post by Connect Moderator @MortenCopenhagen on this subject, Please take a look. I hope it will be helpful. Hi Prasad,

I checked the policies, didnt violate, so unsure how to proceed. Is there anyone from Google that can help to check?

Hello, @shengs ,Google acknowledges that its spam filter might sometimes mistakenly block your contributions to Google Maps. If this happens, you can use a special form called Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps

Please note that you won’t receive updates on the process. It takes several weeks to complete. If your contributions are ok, they will be visible on Google Maps.

Hello @shengs welcome to Local Guides Connect.
In addition to @PrasadVR’s correct suggestions, I would add one more thing:
If any photos or videos are attached to your review, each of them is also checked by the SPAM filter and if only one of those media is rejected by the filter, the entire review and all the other photos and/or videos are hidden.
For that reason, before submitting the appeal, I suggest to remove all media from the review and watch if the text-only version is accepted.
If it is still not accepted, I was successful in the past, by removing half of the text until successful and then adding again phrase by phrase.
The whole filter is not only checking for violation of the rules, but also for suspicious phrases or pictures to discover not only harmless SPAM but also - more importantly - fake information. It is never clear to us, what exactly cause a rejection.
