Happy "LEGO" Christmas #LGChristmasChallenge2020

Christmas is a beautiful season at the end of the year that is celebrated exactly a week before New Year. We could see the festive and pretty Christmas decorations almost everywhere throughout the world. The Christmas decorations consists of Christmas tree from the small to the huge one, mistletoe, cute figures just like Santa Claus, Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer, angels, and many more.

I had a fun experience when visiting LEGOLAND Malaysia on December 2017 several days before Christmas day. Legoland Malaysia Resort with the tagline “Awesome Awaits” has several attractions, such as LEGOLAND PARK, LEGOLAND Water Park, LEGOLAND Hotel, and SEA LIFE.

The one that I visited was LEGOLAND PARK. In this park, they have more than 40 rides and attractions. We will find lots of figures, miniatures, and everything that is made from LEGO. LEGOLAND PARK is a very suitable theme park to bring kids! I am sure that they will be extremely happy to be here. For the adult who loves challenging rides, you will only find a little challenging rides here because most of the rides and attractions are kids-friendly. However, you will feel amazed with all of the LEGO here!

And guess what, I met a giant LEGO Christmas tree here! I also rode a sleigh with the Santa. All of them were made by LEGO! It is so incredible! If you come here, I believe that you will get the same question just like me : “how many days did they finish to do build the LEGO bricks? And how many people build all of the LEGO bricks?”

Come to LEGOLAND on December and you will meet the giant LEGO Christmas tree and experience the Brick-Tacular Holidays program

@PaulPavlinovich , would you like to make a Christmas tree or sleigh with the Santa by LEGO bricks?

Amazing post @Velvel

Some may think that there is no relationship between LEGO and Christmas, and this is not true.
Even in a small town like Treviso, near the Nativity scene (in another room) there was a LEGO exhibition, and a part was dedicated to the competition between elementary school students.

Here below a video of the exhibition. Have a fun

You’re right @ErmesT

LEGO is an an awesome “toys” that suit for every season, including Christmas.

The LEGO creations from our little friends are so cute indeed!

They are so creative and LEGO is the tools that can improve their creativity. This is a nice idea to hold a LEGO competition.

Thank you for sharing the video with the beautiful Christmas instrumental

Have a joyful and warm celebration.

Your Christmas tree along with the light decorations are so beautiful. Even by only looking at the photos, I could feel how warm your home is.

I remembered when you joined Community Live 2020, your background was also a Christmas tree. Is it the same Christmas tree with the one that you shared here?

Yes, you definitely should go back to Legoland wherever it is. This theme park is so amazing and kids-friendly. I believe that every children would love and enjoy to be here

@Velvel Yes I have been to California Lego Land. It’s been a while though, when my daughters were much younger, when I still had a Mustache :). Also it was in July, so there was no Lego Christmas tree!

Also thanks for your question, which took me down memory lane, had to find some old pictures of that trip.

The miniatures made by LEGO are called Miniland, right?

I was so amazed to see the amazing Miniland that shows lots of miniatures around the world made by LEGO in Legoland Malaysia back then.

@Velvel I have yet to experience a Legoland sadly. There isn’t one in Australia. The nearest we have is the large Lego shops but they’re certainly not theme parks. Lego have made a great many Christmas themed kits and I have several of them that are used in our decorations for the season.

I’m glad you enjoyed your experience. Building giant Lego is a serious business and is a lot more challenging than you would think.

I love the small train and mistletoe. And I saw “A Christmas Carol” book. Have you watched A Christmas Carol movie ? It’s one of my favorite Christmas movie.

I hope you will be able to experience Legoland someday after we could travel safely again. You have to and be prepare to be amazed.

I’m sure you will find lots of LEGO inspiration there.

Certainly something to look forward to @Velvel and yes I have seen the movie.

It looks like Australians will be travelling to some parts of Asia long before we can get to Europe and America. Maybe I’ll come visit.
