Hello, many of my evaluations and comments do not appear in the activities and many of my pictures have a view count of 0. What is the problem and how to solve it, as the level is 9?

Your Google maps account is “Restricted” it means your account in Private so here we are unable to see your contributions (Reviews, Photos & Videos) only your followers can see your contributions.
If you want to turn off “Restricted Profile” just follow this steps :
1. Open the Google maps on your mobile.
2. Click on your profile (at top right side)
3. Click on “Settings”
4. After that go to “Personal Content”
5. Scroll down & at the bottom you see “Restricted Profile” with the On / Off button. From their you can off it.
After you turn off once check your profile by using another account or using “Incognito Mode.”

What do you mean by “activities”? If you refer to My Contributions, some or your reviews and/or photos could be hidden by the SPAM filter. You (or we) can find out, how many those are, if you follow the instructions given by @Rakshith_LG to make you Maps profile public (i.e. not restricted) .
Since February 2024 Google Maps changed how they count the views and when those numbers are published under My Contributions.
Many Local Guides experienced to see no changes for the number of views of many posted photos since that day.
Looking at my own photos, the views for about 30% of them did not see any increase until today, thus for many photo posted last year, it shows no views.
Not nice, but normal and we cannot do anything
