The Knusperhäuschen is the house of the witch made of gingerbread in the fairy tale of Hänsel and Gretel.

You only get the Riesenschwänchen, a Windbeutel (wind bag) here. A Windbeutel is a cream with a whipped cream inside Brandteig, a dough which is rather cross. The café bought a house to have a bakery installed, which could make the Brandteig in form of a swan.
And in the pictures you can see why it is called Knusperhäuschen. The witch theme is over-represented.

Smart move! Talking about witches makes the review way more interesting. I read your review (using a translator, of course), and it sounded very funny and creative. By the way, I loved Hänsel and Gretel as a kid, and now I have fun sharing their stories with my kids, too!
