I wonder if you know anything about this. I have no clue about how to create “new routes in Google Maps”… I started a couple of months my work as Local Guide and I want to contribute with solid information but this field is totally unknown for me.
Can you help me?

Towns, roads and squares are elements of the Map Layer. Local Guides cannot edit that layer. Only Google Maps team can.
What we can do, for helping the team, is to report an error (like a missing road) on Google Maps, through the “send a feedback” that you will find scrolling down your menu on Google Maps.

One of the inaccuracy is “a missing road”. Until now I had one new road approved. If the road is already visible on satellite mode, they will approve it quickly
@ErmesT thanks a lot, I was asking because there are some places in Peru im rural areas that have no location whatsoever so I was thinking about creating a route but I do not know the steps to do so…
