Subsequent to my post on How to insert Badges and Flag in Profile Signature on New Connect, I have received some queries on ‘How to download the LG Connect Badges’ in order to insert them in the Profile Signature. This post is intended to help and explain the steps for the same.
Steps:
For desktop browsers
Step 1: Click on your Profile picture on the top right corner on Connect page.
Step2: Click on View your profile.
Step 3: Go to ‘Badges’ tab and click on it.
Step 4: Select and click on the respective Badge you wish to download image for. In this example ‘Accessibility Challenge Winner’ badge is selected to download its image.
Step 5: Right click on the Badge image and click on ‘Save image as…’
Step 6: Select the path on your device to save the Badge image as ‘PNG’ file.
Step 7: Your Badge image is downloaded to be used for your Profile Signature.
The same set of steps have to be followed on your handheld device (Android) where instead of a ‘Click’ you need to ‘Tap’ with a cosmetic change in Step 5 and Step 6 as described below:
Step 5: Long press the Badge image and tap on ‘Download image’
Step 6: Image will be downloaded and saved in your device download folder.
Now you are ready to insert your LG Connect Badges in your Profile Signature. Please read How to insert Badges and Flag in Profile Signature on New Connect.
