Hello my dear LGs. Hope you all are doing fine and safe.

Summer is here in India. And in summer the King of Fruit - Mango is almost everywhere. But it might be affected due to this pandemic. I wrote my earlier post on Photography of Mango. If you have not seen it please check here.

Today I want to share the healthy desert dish of mango. I hope Kids will love this dish. As my son enjoyed this dish.

Ingredients:

  1. Alphonso Mango
  2. Milk - 1 glass milk
  3. Milk masala (Semi powder of Almond, Cashew nut, Pistachio, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Saffron). It readily available in market or you can make it at home too)
  4. Jaggery powder to taste (Sugar/ Honey can also be used).

Method:

  1. Boil the 1 glass of milk till it reaches 1/4th quantity. It will be thick creamy milk like Rabdi.
  2. Add milk masala, jaggery as per need.
  3. Allow it to cool down.
  4. Cut the upper small part of mango as shown like a cap.
  5. Open the upper part. Now we can see mango seed now.
  6. Try removing the mango seed gently using knife.
  7. Fill up the seed area by the creamy thick milk.
  8. Keep the upper part again to cover.
  9. Refrigerate the mango for 6 hours.
    After 6 hours peel the skin of mango immediately.
    Cut into slice and serve cold by garnishing as per choice. Have a look :point_down:t2:

It’s very yummy desert. All may enjoy it in this lockdown to beat the heat. As I used jaggery so it has more nutritional contents as compared to sugar.
