i submitted an edit of a location that it has moved, google accepted my edit and has closed down the place permanently but hasn’t changed the location even after more than a week, i submitted the edit and it was accepted again but still didn’t change, can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? location of the place im talking about

When you submit an edit to move a place, @Aland, Google typically doesn’t move the existing point of interest (POI) to the new location. Instead, it creates a new POI at the updated location and marks the old one as “Permanently Closed.”

but a new location hasnt been been made either even tho its been two weeks already, also, i thought i didnt need to specify this but its not that it changed its location but more so that the original place was wrong to begin with, it was like 50m away, so the only way to fix it was to click on the (changed location) edit.

Why the place was marked as Closed?
Moving a pin is a standard edit, @Hope , and do not cause the closure of a POI and the creation of a new one.
The procedure you mentioned is activated (upon our confirmation) when we change the name of a business, and Google asks us if we are changing the name or if it is a new business. If we confirm that it is a new business, Maps automatically closes the old business and creates the new one. However, the procedure is sometimes unreliable because it can have problems in managing the category

so basically i first suggested an edit, clicked on {Moved to a new location} then marked the new location, then submitted the edit, Google approved my edit and marked the place as {Permanently closed}, but they didn’t move the location even after 2 weeks, I’ve tried a few more times but it still hasn’t changed.

In this case @Hope is absolutely right, and I misread your initial post.
Looking at the screenshot I wrongly supposed that the business was appearing in Maps on a wrong positive, while you are telling us that the business was transferred in a new place .
What do you see when you click on your edit in your edit list?
this is the last edit i did of the place, like i said it keeps getting accepted but a new place doesn’t show up, my only goal is for the pin to accurately mark the location, the person who first added this location to google maps didn’t put the pin on the entrance, instead they put it in an entirely different land owned by someone else.
@Hope please teach me how to create new POI. i need to my business area new POI
