Everyone’s favorite Mango’s season has arrived, but be-careful before buying Mango’s. Most of the merchants are using carbides to make Mango fruit faster then in natural way.
After a little research on Mango’s, i want to tell you some tips to select Tasty, Quality and Sweet Mango’s. First don’t concentrate on the Mango color, there is no connection for sweet taste with the yellow color. And Mango size is also not important. The first thing you have to do is, smell the fruit, if the fruit is grown in natural way you can smell the sweetness of the Mango, if you can’t smell the sweetness then don’t go for it.
We have to realize that the fruit’s we are buying is not to see it, so shape is not important, the taste is more important. The fruit in the above picture in my hand is looks not too good, but the taste is very very Yummy.
