Talking about your advice to this guy, well, my review is according to policy, the only personal thing I shared was the name of the doctor that anyway it is part of the name of the clinic, so, it is no sense to shadowban me.
About the duplicate account situation, as I explained, I just knew about the real name rule a few days ago, that is why I created a duplicate account, how can I set the account with my real name as the principal? Do I have to delete all my reviews with the old anonymous account? anyway I want to do this only for Google maps because the old anonymous account have several configurations with other things outside Google maps and I want to keep all those configurations not related to Google maps.
I know you are just helping me, but let me tell you, why do we have to do a whole investigation with other phones and all those things just to post a comment according to Google policy? it is like Google is protecting scammers.

No problem with your screenshot, @Alejandro02 , I understand Spanish, but I prefer to respond in English (or in Italian, if you like) because I don’t write well in your language, and for this reason my reply could be misunderstood.
Regarding the account, this is what you can read in Términos y Condiciones del programa Local Guides - Ayuda de Google Maps “Para poder tener acceso a las ventajas, las contribuciones a Google Maps deben proceder de una sola cuenta de Google y no se pueden transferir de una cuenta a otra del mismo propietario.”
Generally speaking you don’t need to delete all the reviews, but if the review of a place is written by using both account you will have to delete one of them.
Your review
As I have already explained in most of the negative reviews related to clinics the patient tends to provide details that are generally private, and that should not interest the rest of the world in any way. What type of surgery we had, the details of the problems caused by the surgery, the name of the doctor who intervened, etc.
This poses a privacy risk and sometimes even a legal risk of being accused of defamation towards the clinic and towards a specific person. In many countries the host of the review (Google Maps) is considered jointly responsible, so in case of doubt Google prefers to remove the review.
My advice is to remove these details, so as to have an irrevocable review.
As I have already said in the other post I understand the frustration of those who have suffered an injustice and want to inform other users in detail, but if your review is not published you will not inform anyone.
If you want you can appeal to have the review verified by a Google operator, but I seriously doubt that a Google operator would release it written in these terms.
If the doctor’s behavior violates medical ethics and the rules of your country, you can start legal action against the clinic.
Gracias por responderme nuevamente y por la aclaración acerca del idioma, es muy triste que me hagas saber eso, porque si no puedo decir en cuál cirugía fue el problema, es prácticamente una censura por parte de Google, de qué sirve poner “me ha ido mal con una cirugía que no puedo decir cuál es” eso no sirve de nada realmente, lo del nombre del doctor lo puedo entender aunque como he dicho eso tampoco tendría lugar si el negocio pone el nombre del doctor en el nombre del negocio, volviendo a lo de no poder decir el proceso médico de mi crítica y decir solo “me ha ido mal con una cirugía que no puedo decir cuál es” es como ir a Mcdonald’s y que las papas no tengan nada de sal y que me digan que no puedo mencionar las papas ni la sal, entonces mi crítica negativa sería “me ha ido mal en Mcdonald’s con una comida, pero no puedo decir cuál comida ni puedo decir el problema con la comida” es prácticamente como no decir nada eso, para peores, eso ni siquiera es coherente, porque esa clínica “Clínica de Cirugía Plástica Dr Gabriel Peralta Mantilla” tiene comentarios visibles de otras pacientes que tuvieron problemas y ellas sí podían decir que el problema ha sido con la cirugía de la nariz por poner un ejemplo y son capaces de dar detalles de eso, similar a como yo hice en esa captura de pantalla, cómo sé que ellas sí pudieron? porque puedo leer los comentarios de ellas, eso quiere decir, que Google me aplica unas reglas para comentar y a ellas otras reglas para comentar, lo cual no tiene sentido, con esto confirmo que efectivamente Google da protección a negocios estafadores
pero bueno, esto no es tu culpa, vos no haces las reglas de Google, solo has tenido la buena voluntad de informarme lo que pasa, porque ni el mismo Google lo hace correctamente esto de informar y es la razón por la que he tenido que venir a este foro y también por la que he investigado la visibilidad de mi comentario con teléfonos con Google maps de terceros
con respecto a lo de demandar en los juzgados, la justicia aquí en Costa Rica está muy mal, los juicios pueden extenderse hasta por 30 años y no olvidemos los gastos en abogados que acompañan esto, por lo que ni vale la pena presentar una demanda si el tiempo perdido es una vida completa y la cantidad de dinero en abogados puede ser varias veces el costo de la cirugía, curiosamente esta ley que lejos de ayudar me desanima, resulta que también es la ley lo que usa de excusa Google para proteger a este estafador de recibir mi comentario (esto supe que Google lo hace acorde a tu respuesta)
en fin, gracias por la aclaración, no comentaré nunca más nada en Google maps, porque evidentemente pierdo mi tiempo comentando en Google maps
