Mixed egusi and ogbono soup

mixed egusi and ogbono soup recipe cow meat fresh fish or any meat or fish of ur choice, crafish,Maggi fresh pepper ugu leave,put ur pot on fire add red oil allow to get hot add ur mixed egusi and ogbono turn together den add ur ingredients cover to cook for some minut add ur ugu leave turn together ur soup is ready so yommy. This is eaten in most part of Nigeria and is enjoyed well when eaten with Fufu for some and Eba for others.

@InaS Yes it can be found in many restaurants here. I love eating it with Fufu(Cassava flour).

@marcorp @We have many other popular dishes in Nigeria.

We have the ogbono soup, afang soup, ewedu soup, nsala soup, groundnut soup etc. These are some local delicacies in Nigeria.
