I have visit a kindergaten in Jakarta , share location with Elementary school and Junior High School.
The school want to rise environment awareness since early ages.
They put many murals on the wall with environmental and cleanliness issue.

@BudiFXW It’s not some park. You should walk a lot round the city courtyards to find a least some of them, as they are hidden. You may go absolutely nearby the mural and don’t turn your head to notice a small transformer box with a mural on its wall.
So now it’s some kind of hobbi to hunt these cats all over the city.

@BudiFXW These cats are legal. You may see even the web address of the company which made them in photos. They are not the works of some hooligan painter. They are made to make the old crooked transformer booths more beautiful. These booths are usually built in distance from roads, not in evident places. So we have some kind of challenge and the company which draw them has an advertisement.
