Sometimes Google sends some perks to Local Guides for high-quality contributions. Moreover, to receive perks, you must be subscribed to emails about them and contribute regularly on Maps. Please be sure that your email preferences have perk emails enabled by visiting your Local Guides settings .

This may help you to understand why half of your review are hidden and most of your photos will have to be removed:
All of them, together with your “single word reviews”, are discouraged behaviors that when repeated can end in a permanent ban.
What about to fix the issue and to become a real Local Guide? This may not give you perks, but you will be proud of helping others, and in this way you may discover also that perks are not important.
Myself I am twelve a L10, and I don’t receive perks too. Also I don’t want them, because I am contributing to improve Maps, not just to receive a pair of [nice] socks
