It has been proven by many Indonesian LG that the OYO perks we just received recently is a scam as the rates are higher around 60% now than it was when the perks just out as well as the OYO rates are higher than booking the same room through other booking engine, such as agoda, expedia etc.
I think Google should do something about it. I gave away mine because I don’t like to be cheated. What a shame to do such a dirty trick.
But one of my friends tried 2 days ago and the discounts were genuine.
Oyo deliberately raises prices for rooms for rent. so they can sell rooms for IDR 200K for 300K
only this time I received strange perks like OYO
I don’t know, Google has been strange for several months. many of the accounts that were suddenly suspended then gave perks which in the end we still pay according to the original price of the hotel
Oh, the voucher is genuine indeed, but asked your friends whether the rates before using the voucher is the same rates available from other booking engines such agoda, booking.com etc.

The perks is a dIsgrace @OrengBolinggo . Hopefully some CM or Googler read my post and sort it out with OYO. I’d rather receive no perks than a joke like this one.

Thanks for your attention @KlaudiyaG . I understand that many Local Guides don’t mind to use OYO perks as far as they ended up paying lower rates. For me, it’s a principle for not being fooled by marketing tricks.
