(āĻ•ā§ƒāĻˇā§āĻŖāĻšā§‚āĻĄāĻŧāĻž/Krishnachura)/Royal poinciana, also known as the Flame of the Forest, is a beautiful flowering tree that is commonly found in India, Bangladesh, and other parts of South Asia. Its bright red flowers bloom during the Summer season, and they add a burst of color and vibrancy to the streets and landscapes where they grow. In this article, we will discuss how Krishnachura trees increase the beauty of the street.

Caption: A tree by the roadside has a whole plant of Krishnachura.

One of the main ways that Krishnachura trees enhance the beauty of the street is through their striking appearance. The tree’s brilliant red flowers are eye-catching and captivating, and they create a stunning contrast against the blue sky or green foliage. As people walk or drive down the street, they are naturally drawn to the vibrant colors of the Krishnachura tree, which can uplift their mood and provide a sense of joy and delight.

Another way that Krishnachura trees add beauty to the street is through their unique shape and form. The tree’s canopy spreads out wide and creates a natural umbrella-like structure that provides shade and shelter. This canopy also adds a layer of depth and dimension to the street, making it look more dynamic and interesting. The tree’s bark and leaves are also visually appealing, with the bark having a rough and textured surface, and the leaves having a dark green color that contrasts well with the red flowers.

Aside from their aesthetic appeal, Krishnachura trees also provide several practical benefits to the street and the people who live nearby. For example, the shade provided by the tree’s canopy can help to reduce the temperature and provide relief from the hot sun. The tree also helps to improve the air quality by absorbing pollutants and producing oxygen, which can create a healthier environment for people to live in. In addition, the Krishnachura tree is also a habitat for several species of birds, butterflies, and insects, which contribute to the overall biodiversity of the area.

The Krishnachura tree is a beautiful and valuable addition to any street or landscape. Its vibrant red flowers, unique shape, and practical benefits make it a popular choice for urban and rural areas alike. By planting more Krishnachura trees, we can enhance the beauty of our streets and create a healthier, more sustainable environment for ourselves and future generations to enjoy.

Childhood memories with Krishnachura:

When I was in school this time of the year we had the first term exam. In that exam there was a subject called Fine Arts. In that exam, different students used to make different types of paintings and clay and paper products to show the activities of their hands and submit them to the school. I used to make earthenware there and used Krishnachura l flower to enhance the beauty of that earthenware.

What a beautiful name ‘Krishnachura’ for what is commonly known as GulMohar in most places in India.

Your photos do justice to it @KamalHossenR - nice captures.

And similar to what @Reymono has shared, there are several Krishnachura trees in my neighborhood that have no leaves and all flowers - I will post a photo soon.

Dear @renata1

Your appreciation for the tree’s beauty is evident in your words. The way you describe the flowers as “pleasing to the eyes” shows that you were deeply moved by their aesthetic appeal.

Your description of the tree’s shape as resembling an open umbrella adds another layer of interest to your observations.

All the Best
