Public Clock of Gurugram and I Love Gurugram

Public Clocks in Europe are mostly atop Churches.

In the US, I found public clocks on the streets, erected by businesses.

Ditto in Japan.

In India, public clocks are found in Synagogue and Gurudwara.

I found one such public clock on the Gurugram Gurudwara.

I lived in Gurugram for 4 years until 2022.

I passed in front of the Gurudwara hundreds of times but never noticed it.

At that time, I was not a fan of public clocks.

Gurugram is full of dust and dirt except for some pockets in the new town, which are slightly better.

So only Google and God know why they set up their India head office there.

Last week, I attended the Google Contributor Conversations event in their office in Gurugram.

I too love Gurugram, my dear @TusharSuradkar

For a moment, I flew to Gurugram…

But then, I realised in in Bangalore.

The location is not marked on Maps, so it seems like a good opportunity to add it as a monument or something similar.

It is approximately near the yellow arrow:

The nearest location is the entrance of the Gurugram District Court.

Here in Chennai too we have many clock towers. This time when I go that side I will take a picture and post it .
