When did you get your email? Please have in mind that the access to the new Help Center can take up to 5 working days. If you are unable to access after that, please reach out to me via tag (put the symbol “@” in front of my nickname).

Once resolved, you can check out this discussion, where you will find the link to the materials as well.

I would like if someone knows how to create virtual tours in premises through the google street view application before if I could now it is very very difficult almost impossible, thank you very much

There have been problems with the Street View app for a long time where the connections are not created sometimes, it is a very frustrating experience. Google would stop supporting the creation of connections in the Street View app this year. The default Street View app interface no longer support the creation of connections, so you need to switch to the old version of the interface to create virtual tours while Google still supports it.

You should also look at the paid third-party publishing tools listed at the bottom of this page.

Some of them offer a limited free subscription to create virtual tours.

As @ErmesT rightly noted, the Street View trusted photographers and Local Guides are two separate programs. If you have access to the Street View trusted Help Center, please check out the sections that Ermes mentioned. Alternatively, you can send your feedback and questions to the Street View team directly in the Street View app.

If you don’t have access to the Street View trusted Help Center, please let me know by tagging me (use the @ mark and slowly write my Connect username).

Bonjour a tous, si je comprends bien rajouter des vidéos ou photos en 360 sur l application street view ne rapporte aucun point dans Google Maps.

La seul chose que nous permet l application Google street view est d’être inscrit comme photographe street view au bout de 50 photos en 360 et d accéder au forum ?

Si des photos à 360 ° sont ajoutées à Google Maps dans une fiche d’entreprise, elles reçoivent 5 points comme toutes les autres images. Si, en revanche, ils sont ajoutés au niveau de la rue, par exemple pour composer une ligne bleue, ils ne reçoivent pas de points.

Il n’y a plus de forum dans Connect, comme indiqué dans cet article. Les photographes certifiés reçoivent une aide technique pour leur entreprise via le nouveau centre d’aide Street View

Oui Merci de vos réponses, mais si on est pas photographe professionnel aucun intérêt à ajouter des vues 360 ou film sur un trajet. Google ne va pas attirer grand monde avec son application street view (mis à part des photographes) Dommage pour eux
