Is there a forum to post problems.
Photospheres being rejected, there is no explaination, so I need to guess.
My latest, when I edit the photospheres in Photoshop to change the initial heading,
it gets rejected.

Since last year, there isn’t an official forum for trusted photographers. However, in the above article you can see all the useful links, where you can find information on the Street View program. In this case, I suggest that you send a feedback directly from the application. If you are using one of the 3rd party tools, you should contact them instead. Hope this was helpful!
Hello all,
I have received the Street View Trusted Photographer email, congratulating me on becoming one.
It said “Check out your new badge” but no badge was shown. See image:
Then I have received a second email with links to support and guidelines and to a “Private Street View Discussion Board” (https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/Street-View-Discussion/bd-p/SVTP) to which I don’t have access. See image:
I have received these emails on May 5th, 8 days ago.
How / when do I get access to these materials? I just want the badge and marketing materials to be able to promote myself.
I have already the little badge on my profile pic in the GSV app and I am set “available for hire”
Why is this happening? why isn’t the access immediate?

I recently had the email confirming Google Trusted Status (hooray!) and have the green tick on my app profile, but when clicking the links in the welcome email for branding materials, I just get the normal help portal, and if I follow the link to the Street View Trusted help centre, I just get the message:
Access Denied You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Click your browser’s Back button to continue.
I have read other posts on the same topic so I have tried using normal and incognito windows but no luck, I’m using Google Chrome, but I cannot get access to the brand materials or restricted ares. Please can you help?

Unfortunately, the Private Street View Discussion Board is no longer available on Connect, but trusted photographers enjoy exclusive access to other resources. I’ll let the responsible team know that you’re experiencing issues with your access so they can investigate. Once I have an update, I’ll get back to you.

You should now have access to the Street View trusted photographer Help Center. Please make sure that you are logged in with your trusted account as the Help Center is restricted to trusted users only. If you can’t access it, please try in incognito mode as well. Thank you.

I’ve received the Trusted welcome email the 5 of may, but, when I click the link, I still can’t acces to the web page, it says:

The trusted community no longer exists on Connect, which is why you are unable to access it. All of your Street View queries should be directed to the new Help Center, restricted to trusted users only. Please let me know if you can’t access.

Porém, percebi que nossa empresa não aparece mais na lista de Profissionais para Contratação.
Estávamos como:
Fomos uma das primeiras agências do País a obter a certificação na época e a primeira do Paraná.
Meu perfil no Street View tem mais de 200 milhões de visualizações e selo de Mestre do Street View.
Porém, a NEO Produções simplesmente não aparece mais na lista.
Gostaria de saber como corrigir essa situação.
