I have the same problem as @vv_smolnikov , I don’t have any access to the Street View Help Center or to the marketing materials links, all these links redirect me to the Google Help Center, can you help me ?

Although I had my email for several months ago "You earned the Street View Photographer badge on Local Guides Connect.
I can see this badge on my profil page : https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1340856
However:
I can’t still have access to the form’s link to be listed in online trusted index.
I can’t still have access to the marketing materials links.
I can simply access to the “welcom truted” page where all the links redirect me to the Google Help Center.
Please can anyone help me ? @Bobiisha can you help me?
Hello / Why navigation Arrows on tour don’t appear even after 3-4 days?
I’ve uploaded street-view Tour a day ago but still don’t have arrows on map , it doesn’t appear on any platform(pc, android, ios). I’ve tried :
1- to do other tours,
2- delete and upload again,
3- upload from other accounts. Nothing helps.
between every upload, I waited 1 day.
For now, I have 2 tours on this google account.
1-I uploaded via Pano2VR
2-I uploaded via PanoSkin
Both of them still don’t have arrows, but they are street view Ready certified services.
Can please someone give advice what is the problem?. Should I be Street View trusted photographer? I want to make panoramas throughout my whole little city.
Please have in mind that it may take up to 4 days for the arrows to appear until the tour is being processed by the system and sometimes there might be a delay as well. I suggest that you check this article for more information and search for possible solutions as there is no support for Street View on Connect anymore.
As for your second questions, you don’t have to be a trusted photographers to make panoramas. I only recommend that you get familiar with the articles from this help center for more information on how to create and publish 360 photos.

Recently I decided to check the list of certified photographers at https://www.google.com/intl/ru/streetview/business/trusted/
It turned out that there is no Tver region, Russia. Previously, it was there and I could observe our company on this list.
Now I just can’t select this region to see my contact details. And our potential clients in the region do not see it either.

Thank you! Yes, now I see that I have access to the Street View Help Center. The problem was that when I went there, the account was automatically changed to another. Logged out of other accounts and was able to log into the Street View Help Center.
I live in a area where there is poor coverage of GSV images. So I have decided to upload my own 360 videos for my area (using tools that use GSV Publish API).
My first few tries were successful and I can see blue line on the map.
Recently all my uploads have been failing due to error: “Publishing faillied - unable to process location information”.
When I extract GPS data from video (GPX file) and check it, everything seems fine.
Why are my uploads failing to publish? Can you give me some suggestions how to reduce number of failed uploads (my upload speed is very slow, it usually takes 12 hours to upload 20 minute video)?
