Today I am remembering a memoir when I tried a new dish on my trip to Muong La village in Vietnam during 2013.
Base is rice flour which is cooked on steam, core varying from nothing to minced meat /eggs / tofu/ bacon or anything you like. Served generally with fish sauce.
