This a complete app in my view with awesome features, however a little room of improvement or adjustments as it sometimes takes me completely when I go from and then in on maps and I have to re-enter but other than that it’s all good. It must took a significant amount of effort and a very dedicated team to come up with innovative ways to put on an incredible app like this no doubt.

Hello @Vuyile_Mpakama ,

The concerns about online shopping you have are real, but they do not apply much to Google Maps. Online only businesses are not permitted on Maps. To be listed on Maps a place must have a real world site that can be visited.

If you find an online only business then please do submit a deletion request using “Doesn’t exist here” as the reason.

Note that if they go to the customer’s location or have their own employees make deliveries then they are allowed on the map as long as they hide their address (Google will know the address, it is just publicly hidden). If it is not hidden then mark it for deletion using “Not open to the public”. Just yesterday I found a home based business that sells gift baskets across my country using postal mail for delivery, but since they hand deliver in the same town and the next two towns I used this option.

Note that the real world rule does have a temporary exemption; places that have real world locations that customers can visit but which have had to close those locations due to the pandemic and go online only can continue to be listed on the map if they will reopen after the pandemic. So that no one attempts to visit them they should be marked for deletion but with the reason “Temporarily Closed”.
