Wow! @RajdeepB . That is a hahaha explanation from you. I want to ask a funnier question, what did you use the money saved from transportation to do?

Hope it did help you in keeping fit.
When I was in Secondary school every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday we do endurance trekking.
It was fun and energy consuming.

Actually I used to save that money and eat double chai and amriti in morning @Austinelewex
due to that abnormal combination I have acidity and lose appetite for lunch … so I skip lunch and have dinner directly. This was during 1982-1992 … but then I got a job after completing my study and everything changed.

@RajdeepB That is interesting. I like Chai as well. But when I was in India, I had tea everyday. At the guest house, I always had tea with ginger every morning. I really love it. @Austinelewex

Hello @fafaguru , Long time.
Sorry I forgot to tag you to this post.
Yes, I guess rice is the same all over the Globe. But the recipes may vary.
If you like I can share my recipe with you.

For me I like the second to the last picture cause it is with salad and fully packed.

@Ant_Bad_Yogi but if you have chai with amriti its work like poison where you will lose appetite for long time and have acidity

Please @Ant_Bad_Yogi @RajdeepB
You both could help me by showing me an image of Chai.

Here in Nigeria, chai is more like an exclamation in disapproval.
Language is dynamic.

Hi @Austinelewex ,
Eating Street Food is very much popular here in India - and mostly we use the heavy spices.
I’ve heard about this food “Mama Put” first time and would like to try some time in future. Thanks to you for letting us know about it.

Hello @Tushar18 .
I am glad the like the Information i shared. @RajdeepB has already said much about Indian Street Food in particular Kolkata.
Do you stay in Kolkata also or you’re talking about a different region in India.
By the way Mama Put is just a Nick name for Street Food in Nigeria. It originated by speaking "Mama Put food for me".

Then everyone started calling it "Mama Put Food".

Hi @Austinelewex ,
Street Food in every region of India has a different taste and preparing method. I’m from New Delhi and here, people are just crazy about street food. Many a times, I also have to control my desire to have such food - simply because of over-calories intake. But, sometimes I do try street food - like Vada Pav, Kachori, Chhole Bhature …
(I have to control here
)
BTW, the nick name is awesome. I think I should also make such acronyms for some food items …
