I used to work in a Google Maps project and made a significant amount of Local Guides contributions on my work account. I understand it has previously not been possible to transfer points from that now inactive account to my own personal one but I’m just checking in to see if that functionality exists yet.
If it isn’t possible, is there a way I can request a takeout of my Maps data from my old work account so I can redo the contributions on my own personal account?
Sorry, but contributions can still not be transferred between accounts. And I doubt this will become possible.

Without access to your old account you will not be able to use takeout, and more importantly you will not be able to delete old contributions before reuploading them from new account.
The spam filter is very keen on checking for copied content.
