This dish looks like our Bangladeshi potato chop. Thanks @TusharSuradkar for sharing Vada food with us.
That is very interesting information @Aslam_hossain
I am looking forward to seeing a photo of potato chop or eat it in Bangladesh
@TusharSuradkar que genial post! nada mas lindo que disfrutar con amigos de la comunidad.saludos a todos
Thank you,Dear @Maximilianozalazar
It is more enjoyable when all friends feel hungry at the same time during travel
Thanks for your kind reply, dear @TusharSuradkar ,
“…orange coconut chutney…” Is a new concept even as a Keralalite.
Typical Kerala (old) people used to carry idli batter steamed in banana leaf - this can easily stand for 4 to 5 days! Equally tasty also (like idli). Different types of dry chutney powder is used with coconut oil base.
As your aware, earlier in Kerala we used to have small boats for transportation - including my grandmother, we used to get into the boat at night 8:30 so that we reach destination by morning 6 to 8:00.
Great days ahead…
Regards…
You are most welcome, dear @Rahul001
Regards with thanks
Hello, dear friend @MahabubMunna ,
You are always welcome to Bangalore… remember, your brother is here to host you… kindly except our invitation and do stay with us.
Most sincerely
@TravellerG Thank you for the invitation, would like to inform you that there are plans to travel to Gurgaon near Delhi to attend the Product Expert Summit in November this year.At that time, there will be product experts from some other countries who are associated with the local guide program, So I have been planning for last two months whether South Asia meetup version 3 can be organized in Delhi this time, if possible then you all need cooperation to organize it well.
Count me in @MahabubMunna @TravellerG in any such meetup.
I lived in Delhi for 5 years and consider myself a local.
However, I’d also suggest Mumbai as an alternative place to host a S.Asia meetup
Thank you for sharing @TusharSuradkar
Can’t wait to go there
All time favourite dish… very nice post @TusharSuradkar and yes agree with @abhishekpatk that both equally taste good…
Wow! Then the next time I am in Mumbai, we will enjoy Pav-Vada together @Rohan10
Or as @Shrut19 says the ‘Ulta-Vada-Pav’
@TusharSuradkar That’s an interesting twist. Even though I consumed several vada pavs in various places on my recent trip to Bengaluru, I have not come across this so far. Hopefully I will get chance to try this.
Well, I am hungry now, after reading your post, @TusharSuradkar . I don’t think I have ever eaten pav vada but reading the description from your post it sounds like the French toast, savory version, or Bombay toast, as we call it back home, except for, instead of the eggs, besan is being used as the outer coat. Vada pav is definitely a good one. I will try making it home one of these days. Thank you for sharing the details of both the foods.
@TusharSuradkar 這食物看起來很開胃,一定非常好吃,真想嘗試看看。
