(Kindly note: This Meet-up is part of the “Celebrating 10 Years of Local Guides: Let’s Connect and Contribute!” initiative by @NareshDarji , in collaboration with @KashifMisidia and @JaneBurunina.)
This is an important topic to discuss since more and more local guides are hosting hybrid meetups @PrasadVR ji @Kumaarsantosh
Congratulations on hosting this meetup
I will attend
This topic got triggered from our discussion here as managing and holding hybrid meet-up is challenging when it comes to a meet-up with a large gathering.
The important aspect also is to when and in which scenarios Hybrid meet-ups work well.
The key objective is to Care and Share the experiences.
Thank you @PrasadVR for the follow ups and coming up with the great design.
We are looking forward to Participative approach than on Prescriptive approach and hence request you all to share your experiences which will become the guiding factor for the rest.
Thank you so much for your encouragement. As our friend @Kumaarsantosh pointed out, conducting hybrid meet-ups can be challenging with large groups. We kindly request you all to share your valuable experiences. We will make it more interactive.
Nice designed by @Rakshith_LG but Dada audience is mesmerized by the rhythm and harmony of the group singing, which also leaves the occasion unforgettable.
Thank you @ShailendraOjha. I give my ears to your thoughts. I remember our related talk during Contriburor Conversations event in Google office, Gurugram.
We don’t want participants to lament about their experiences.
Rather, we expect participants to share what could be done to overcome the challenges that they faces - so that others can avoid what went wrong in their case.
Thank you very much for referring my idea in your post, dear Tushar…
Here’s a rough draft I prepared for the ‘Benefits of having Co-host’ for In person meet-up…(I couldn’t locate the Virtual one).
Hope this will be helpful…
