Our SECOND week of the #WalkTheWorld challenge was steady! You don’t necessarily need to go outside to walk. I’ve found dancing and walking inside when outside isn’t possible works Join us this coming week!!!
Set a daily goal for a number of steps to complete each day
Provide the number of steps you completed via THIS FORM
You can enter the data any way you want. You can enter every day or roll up a couple of days or a week. Example:
If you have a goal each day of 5000 steps and you are entering for 3 days?
- Goal steps per day : The goal you would provide would be 15,000
- Number of steps on date of walk : Provide the total number of steps for the 3 days
Periodically share some photos from your walks on the weekly challenge post
With location and possibly some information about it
I’ll pick one of the shared photos every week and make it the cover photo for the next week!
What I will do!
Post a weekly challenge summary of the information YOU provided via THE FORM EVERY MONDAY!
Once again… I didn’t do as well as I had hoped against my goals this past week but I’m hoping to improve I’ve really got to get myself out there more! @jayasimha78 is really knocking it out of the park!

Nice one @Denise_Barlock glad you keep walking every day. I remember being camped in a KOA campground once in a pull through site, and this giant bus next to me opened up in the back and a little car backed out, drove over to the KOA shop about 100 yards away got some milk and drove back into the bus which then closed up again. I felt very sorry for this camper that was allergic to air and grass. It made me really sad that the shop didn’t have a drive through and they actually had to use their feet.
@Shreeya_99 I really need to get to the numbers you are walking! I started this challenge to get myself motivated. It’s folks like you who will help me
@PaulPavlinovich Just WOW!!! That’s CRAZY! I have never seen that. I guess a traveler who really doesn’t want to walk (or maybe can’t) can at least enjoy wherever they go via the car? After Covid, I really want to get out and do some hiking and right now I’m so out of shape! I need to get this fixed.
@Denise_Barlock Thank You for starting this challenge and motivating me to walk more. My average step count has significantly reduced in 2020 compared to 2019. 4157 VS 5651. Well downside of working from home :). As you see here before I started the challenge my step count was dismal. Things have gotten better after I joined your walking challenge. Other perks, some times you get to experience nice burn in the sky. Cheers!
@PaulPavlinovich Oh my yes!!! My post Covid figure isn’t pretty! hahahahahahaha… I’m figuring to try to get myself going now before the New Years and “maybe” I can be in full swing at the start of the year? So far… My lazy *$&#) isn’t doing well at this! WHAT!!!
@jayasimha78 I REALLY need this challenge and I myself still need to get myself out walking more STILL! I have no idea what is keeping me from being motivated but this is clearly forcing me to keep the need to walk top of mind!
