Thanks for this info. I’m constantly checking categories of places: churches, public bins, … and if I find them incorrectly categorised I change the category or other info I can find out: I e.g. found incorrectly spelled names like “galsbol” instead of “glasbol” =bottle bank, or a sports field situated at the “guldenbloomplein” instead of the “guldenboomplein” … But Julie_A: I wish the questions and fact checking options also were available on the website and not only within the app. That would be an improvement. Thanks a lot in advance.
Thanks for the update @Julie_A I understand the criteria about the badge and like different aspects that are being considered as questions. But I’m a bit confused.
So now is the Check the facts available again separately? Or it is part of the answering system questions?
I prefer to have it again, because practically it is unavailable everywhere since months ago.
I truly appreciate the efforts to make earning badges like Fact Finder more accessible and rewarding. Looking forward to continuing to contribute factual information and seeing these positive changes in action.
I was one of the LGs stuck on 98 facts checked and unable to complete my ‘Master Fact Finder’ badge. I noticed about a week ago that my badge had been awarded and assumed that the criteria had changed because my ‘Facts Checked’ number was still on 98.
I personally found the old criteria always difficult to meet and actually found I was only able to do it using an Andriod phone. The new criteria of Edits & Answers seems more consistent.
It’s good to have this update for those people, like me, that enjoy the achievement of reaching the different badge levels. This was an unexpected but welcome update.
