Why I am in search of Mumbai’s best Pasta?
Hello, my name is Suryakant Bansode. I am a Foodie and a Blogger too, that’s why I am in search of Mumbai’s best Pasta. I mostly love to visit trendy and casual restaurant around the city of dreams, Mumbai. India.
I am in search of Mumbai’s best PASTA. I have visited most of the restaurant who has pasta in their menu around Mumbai.
Following are my favourite top 3.
1. UNCAFE- Sion, Mumbai, India.
When I visited this place. It is a small 20 seater outlet for an outlet with a trendy and casual look. Once I ordered a single pink sauce pasta., which is their speciality. As soon as the pasta came. It smells absolutely delicious. YES, it smells delicious. And then when we started eating that it was a soft tangy flavour goes into my mouth with that cheezy flick and satisfies my soul and stomach.
When I went to Grandmama’s Cafe. I ordered a white sauce jalapeno cheezy pasta and it tastes amazing.
Their pasta was good but the best thing is they have a dish called Chicken Cannelloni which was made up of pasta, cheddar, chicken and eggs. The dish was fabulous and that’s why Grandmama’s cafe made in my top 3 list.
3. Coffee By Di Bella - Mahim, Mumbai
This was the most satisfying place than all. The ambience was good. Outdoor seatings were also there and then the amazing VEG SHELL PASTA WITH ROASTED TOMATOES was delicious. One of the best pasta.
My search has not ended, it’s still going on but for now, UNCAFE, SION, MUMBAI is the WINNER of them all.
