Why do some photos upload immediately and others don’t ? My photos are pending from one vet whilst the other vet the photos were uploaded almost immediately

what do you mean by “vet”?
Anyway, this is the third time during the last couple of days, I read about pending photo upload.
@DeniGu can you help here?. This is one of those cases.

Hello.Finally figured out how to reply . Thankyou . By Vet I meant Veterinarian . So photos uploaded for one review for one vet went through immediately . The other one didn’t . I have got no clue why it’s so hard with this particular business . The photos are my photos that I took at the vet and also of my cats

Sometimes it takes 2-3 days of uploading photos, specially videos.

Hello @SuzannafromSydney, were these standalone photos? In my own experience, I sometimes get this issue when uploading via the “Post a photo update” flow and adding a Caption. It could also happen when adding photos as part of a Review.

If you are requesting help from here, you need to remove your Google Maps profile from privacy. Photos that you upload to Google Maps may not be published for certain reasons. When you upload a video, it takes time for the video to be published due to the review of the video. After the photo is uploaded, it is published or not.
In order for your photos to look their best on Google, they must meet the following standards:
Format: JPG or PNG.
Size: between 10 KB and 5 MB.
Recommended resolution: 720 pixels height, 720 pixels width.
Minimum resolution: 250 pixels height, 250 pixels width.
Quality: Photos should have their focus adjusted, bright, no changes made and not too many filters used. In other words, the image must represent reality.
You may have uploaded images according to the desired dimensions, but as I mentioned above, they must comply not only with the dimensions, but also with the Google Content Policy. Your images may not have been approved because they are not suitable for this.
