However, the operating companies are also making efforts to please their customers.
Take the Tarumi Railway to Onsen.
On the way, the train moves slowly through the scenic area.
The weather is beautiful and the color of the river water shines emerald.
Many railroads in areas with a lot of nature are going slowly in places with nice scenery.
Then the driver puts in a broadcast of tourist information.
This is a scene not seen in the city.
Get off at Tanikumiguchi Station.

A coach that was used in the past is on display in the station.
They are severely damaged due to exposure to wind and rain.
This area shines more when the cherry blossoms bloom.
There are many places where cherry trees are planted around stations in the Japanese countryside.
So a train trip during the cherry blossom season is very enjoyable.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk along the intricate path.
Neo River Tanigumi Hot Spring
There is a hot spring.
It is a cozy hot spring with a zone of shallow bathtubs where visitors can enter while lying down.
There is also a souvenir shop inside the hot spring, selling locally grown tea and other items.
I now have another favorite hot spring!

しかし、運営会社もお客さんに喜んでもらえるような努力をしています。
樽見鉄道で温泉へ。
途中、景色がいいところで列車はゆっくり進みます。
天気も良く、川の水の色がエメラルドに輝いています。
自然がたくさん残っている地域の鉄道は、景色がいいところでゆっくり進むところが多いです。
そして運転士が観光案内の放送を入れます。
都会ではない光景です。

駅構内には昔使われていた客車が展示されています。
風雨にさらされているので損傷が激しいです。
桜が咲くともっとこのエリアは輝きます。
日本の田舎の駅の周りには桜が植えてある所も多いですよ。
だから桜の時期の鉄道の旅はとても楽しいです。
入り組んだ道を歩いて10分ほど。
根尾川谷汲温泉

温泉があります。
寝そべりながら入れる浅い湯船のゾーンもあって、居心地がいい温泉です。
温泉内にはお土産屋もあり、地元で栽培されたお茶などが販売されていました。
また好きな温泉が1つ増えました！
