Long time local guide points vanished.

Hi everyone! I've been a local God for six years and I had quite a few points earned however, a couple of days ago I noticed my points list a 0. I have tried every way in the world to contact someone to fix this but just cannot seem to locate a way to contact anyone at all. This issue has landed me here. I was wondering if there's anyone here that would be up on the knowledge of how to fix this problem? I've received no notifications or messages. This happened once before a couple of years ago but it only lasted a day and the points magically returned. It would be deeply appreciated if someone could guide Me in this stressful situation. 🙂 Thanks so much.
