It's a battalion. I need help how to add roads, I'm trying to add road names but it's not accepting this place 😕 why I don't know

This forum is related to Google Maps, and on Google Maps we can not share such dark photos. They do not show the place in a clear manner. 

Now to your questions. 

Adding roads is not possible in all countries. It is easy to check. Use a computer (not a mobile device) then right-click and select Report a data problem.  Then a new menu shows up.  If the option "Fix or add a road" is not shown then you are out  of luck.
